Andrew is responsible for overseeing enrollment for the Dual Enrollment, Online, and Graduate student populations. In conjunction with the VPAA, he is also responsible for continually assessing, staffing, and improving the Dual Enrollment, Online, and Graduate programs. Andrew has served at Toccoa Falls College since 2014. Andrew graduated Summa Cum Laude from Toccoa Falls College with majors in Business Administration and Communication Studies and minors in Marketing and Bible and Theology. He later earned his MBA from Regent University.

Mark has spent 17 years working with universities, educators, publishers, and edtech providers to deliver learning experiences to students around the world. He has helped develop and launch dozens of award-winning learning tools, online databases, and new programs through his work with leading institutions and scientific societies. In his current role at Labster, Mark is working to make science and healthcare education more effective, engaging, and accessible through the use of web- and VR-based immersive learning experiences.

Adam Connor has over 20 years of experience in Experience Strategy and Design. Throughout his career, Adam has focused on designing products, services, and environments that enhance the well-being of others, applying his expertise across healthcare, financial well-being, and education. As Labster’s VP of Design & Research, he leads our team of educators, designers, and researchers who share his passion for empowering students and instructors through immersive learning.

Ashley Buitenwerf, PhD
Education Strategist

With a PhD in Natural Sciences and Mathematics and 20 years of experience as an educator in countries including the US, South Africa and Denmark, Ashley is responsible for ensuring that the requirements of both educators and their students are deeply embedded into Labster’s processes and offerings. As a scientist and educator, her strategy is to ensure that every student is equipped and empowered with knowledge and enthusiasm to pursue their goals.

Monika Starnawska has a strong scientific background thanks to graduating biotechnology master's programme at Technical University of Denmark. She started her career journey at Labster's Copenhagen office as Scientific Writer, expanding her expertise in product development and advancing into the role of Product Manager. She gained extensive knowledge of digital accessibility and now serves as an expert in accessibility at Labster, supporting the company in making scientific learning more inclusive and engaging for all learners.
