Students Who Use Labster Are More Likely to Stay with STEM

A 2023 study conducted and led by Dr. Rachel Schecter of LXD Research focused on the impact of innovative learning methods on student outcomes in Higher Education.

Results show:

  • Students who use Labster as a pre-lab assignment are 5.4 times more likely to say they plan to continue taking STEM courses
  • Students who use Labster as a pre-lab assignment are 4 times more likely to say they plan a career in STEM
  • 90% of students agreed that Labster provided opportunities for additional lab practice
